Challenges:There is periodic abnormal noise in the e-axle under tests
Method of Evaluation:
RoMA is used to collect the speed, noise and vibration signals of the e-axle and perform order analysis. RoMA not only supports frequency-speed colormap, but also order-speed colormap (Figure 2), as well as order spectrum (Figure 3). From the figures, it can be seen that the 1st input shaft order and its harmonics display higher amplitude, the gear mesh order of the main reducer is the highest, and the sideband of the output shaft order.
