Hybrid Powertrain End-of-Line Quality Test- Gear Nick
Hybrid Powertrain End-of-Line Quality Test- Gear Nick
Test Object:NEV Hybrid Powertrains
Application Scenario:End-of-Line Quality Test
Challenges:
●(Figure 1) The structure of the test object, comprising drive motors, generators, multi-stage gearing transmission, multiple shafts and bearings, is complex, which adds to the complication of determining the transmission path.
●(Figure 2) The gear surfaced may have been fractured or otherwise damaged during transportation or assembly.
●Comprehensive inspection involves disassembling the test object which is time-consuming, difficult to toubleshoot, often with dissatisfactory results.
Method of Evaluation:
Using Shaft Synchronization Analysis, SigMA assigns the acquired signals to individual shafts to automatically locate the faulty component (Figure 3). Operators may then quickly replace the defective parts as prompted.
